      Need more salaray transparency

      Ability to work from home, solid benefit package

      Cons

      Very challenging to be promoted; not transparent with how best to be promoted, and salaries seem to be skewed, and no good way to hold employer accountable for fair salary information. Since all increases are merit based, and merit is subjective, salaries across the organization seem a bit skewed. Cost of living increases are desperately needed in some regional areas more than others.

There are a number of factors that are considered in both compensation and career progression planning and decisions. For compensation, factors such as role, level, area of the business, geography, and more are considered. Career progression and promotion is very much tied to the area of the organization in which you work, the levels and roles within that area, and the associated promotion criteria to advance.       Not really as much work flexibility as I would have hoped. Expected to learn a ton of information in a short period of time.
