Upper management does not care about employees at all. They will pay below market and demand 10 hour work days.

Some of the people were friendly and there was free fruit some days.

Cons

The work was largely uninteresting and had no scope for creativity. Woking is a dull place. Culture of staying behind after work to look busy rather than to be efficient.
