- Close knit team - Work with really big, interesting clients - Learn tough data skills - Quick career progression

Cons

- Awful culture - Very repetitive work - Poor integrity from management - Wins work from clients by promising unrealistic project hours/budget then putting pressure on team to stay within budget - Business needs always placed over employee growth/development/learning - No value placed on work life balance - Very political - No transparency with employees - Evaluated based on ability to work the max number of billable hours

Like lines of business do not talk to each other to help work through tough issues. Something that works for one area could also work for another.
