Pros
There used to be a handful of respectful and sincere leaders but unfortunately they’ve mostly either moved to other parts of the business (e.i New Zealand) or have moved on from the company
Cons
Mercer is a horrible place to work. It’s very transactional and unfortunately the bullying culture is embedded into its DNA. They keep talking about their “breadth” but sadly they lack any depth. I was opened discriminated against after returning from maternity leave, bullied and pigeon holed into a more junior role and when taken up with the HR there were no actions taken (not to mention the 40% pay gap between my male counterparts)
