- Pay and culture is terrible that they can’t keep good performers. - Also the worst management I have experienced. Bullying by management is quite common in multiple teams - No shame in mistreatment of staff especially junior staff - like to talk about diversity but can’t take nor manage differing opinions or thoughts - very pretentious environment and poor knowledge sharing among team units
