      I would not recommend going into the health business of mercer (MMB)

      Pros

      Private Medical Insurance Is Good Pension Is Good.

      Cons

      Salary Is AWFUL as a graduate at MMB. You would expect to be paid more at such a big organisation (which they keep going on about). However, you are better off going to competitors because they will pay you more. MMB simply have not been true to their word and are very political. They simply do not practice what they preach to their clients in-house.

      Senior management is not trained in management and is made up of long-tenured employees of the company. Seriously lacking awareness of the internal situations and external trends.

      All employees were hoping that the new management will do better than the ones before.

      Failing management was due to their leadership and ridiculous system that couldn't cope up with new business trends. Clients and employees alike have lost their trust with the terrible decisions the managers made.
