Pros

Generally strong and well rounded people here, especially those who have been with the firm for many years. Taught me a lot over the years for which I am grateful.

Cons

Recent cost cutting measures, combined with sending large amounts of work overseas and restricting UK hiring led to significant pressure on the incumbent workforce. I therefore chose to leave the firm.
