Reputed MNC with cool work environment and CAB & Food Facilities.

Cons

Night Shift without shift allowance, poor HR policy, Poor management, no extra pay for extra hours. Poor appraisal. 2 Months of notice period without buy out option.

The people seem to down to earth and friendly but overall management - partners treat everyone who is not a Partner as dispensable.

Cons

Where do I start. Constant re-shifting, re-organizing, re-structuring and acquisitions. This is how the co. stays profitable - cost cutting and acquisitions. I guess they have a ton of cash on their balance sheet so they acquire new organizations and force "collaboration" at least in the human capital business.
