      Pros

      The people seem to down to earth and friendly but overall management - partners treat everyone who is not a Partner as dispensable.

      Cons

      Where do I start. Constant re-shifting, re-organizing, re-structuring and acquisitions. This is how the co. stays profitable - cost cutting and acquisitions. I guess they have a ton of cash on their balance sheet so they acquire new organizations and force "collaboration" at least in the human capital business.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
