Robust learning environment Telecommuting possibilities encouraged for work/life balance Middle and lower management are supportive of their teams and their career goals Team-like atmosphere Intellectual capital is off the charts

Cons

Upper management is willing to forgo talent for bottom line success Bully mentality is starting to trickle down from upper management to middle management Increased change management which can be both bad and good This period of change has pressured many to do more with less. Work/Life balance can be difficult to obtain.
