      Pros

      Hire many, very talented professionals, unfortunately they do not last long.

      Cons

      The company culture pushes away very good and talented people. Upper level management leaves a lot to be desired. Say one thing and do another! Constantly changing direction! The most tenured employees are the root of the problem. All about CYA! Revolving door!

      Pros

      some very clever people working in the consulting businesses doing interesting and well-respected work if you're at a lower level in the company, you'll find it easy to leave work on time

      Cons

      too many employees with no employment record outside Mercer have too much influence over decisions- vetoing new ideas, new styles etc. no experience outside the company has made them insular, self-protecting, defensive, and prone to unnecessarily challenge and drag out every new idea that might expose existing inefficiencies or hierarchies.

      Quality of Work is bad, The management is ignorant of the true meaning of the word "Management". Its more of a push and pull policy. Compensation is below standards... More of an exploitation The promotions are fixed Strange hierarchy, difficult to justify your role in global markets Summary: Not Recommended to work
