Good brand name to have. Some projects really make an impact. Some colleagues are very talented.

Bureaucratic, full of politics, force-selling to clients who don't receive an impact, salaries not very competitive

Great mobility - can move within the company & transferred to different regional offices; decent updated training; strict adherence to code of ethics; beautiful offices

Cons

Not competitive pay; terrible on-oarding process; Mercer does not invest in it's employees and it drains client retention. Company very tight on the purse strings when it comes to small perks in keeping their employees happy; terrible management system makes it very difficult to perform and deliver at your best; very low morale
