      Mercer offers great learning across multiple areas.

      -- No Work life balance -- Management has no view -- Treats employees like slave and asks employees to work beyond 2 after mid night. -- No annual hikes or promotion. Hikes are mere 2-3%

      Pros

      Cabs, food if that appeals to you. They'll give you good money in the beginning. Work-life balance is good, at least in some teams. Some teams have good (long-running) projects.

      Cons

      The appraisal process is a pain now, and increments aren't anywhere close to the market standards (at least in IT). Single-digit increments, forget about promotions. Too much toxic politics now might be ok at junior levels. But as you progress, too much of politics & managers don't want to promote, because they're not doing any work to justify the amount of salaries they're getting.
