No respect for people, will hire te.ps for the season with a promise to keep them then fire them.

Pros

The social environment was great. I had the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and different parts of the world. Work life balance was great considering they do not expect you to come in excessively early or work beyond your agreed upon time frame.

Cons

Volume of work at some points was overwhelming compared to the pay received. Individuals needing additional, extensive training prior to working on the phones did not occur often leading to misinformation given or multiple callbacks from clients.
