      As an intern, you will have great exposure to work done by Executives/Managers (Able to work hand-in-hand with the employees. It also promotes a very close-knit and supportive working environment and as interns especially, you will get to interact with many German interns working at different periods of the year.

      Cons

      There seems to be a tendency to be a little bureaucratic, and a lack of communication top-down.
