Pros

smart coworkers great perks-- commuter benefits, onsite gym, great coffee + social activities, catered lunch + dinner culture easy to change teams or projects management is open to feedback, lots of positive changes have happened since I got hired

Cons

No regular discussion of salary, very limited cost of living increases, promotions or raises. Very limited upward mobility and the promotion opportunities available don't necessarily mean you'll get a salary bump (More work for the same stagnant salary? No thanks.)

Pros

Free lunches and snacks. Great coffee bar. Certain people are great. Decent products.

Cons

Certain managers here need a lot of help on how to be "leaders". Promotions happens within so they don't implement anything new. Basically they're control by upper management. Quota is the same for everyone across the board regardless you have a good or bad territory. SUPER BRO ENVIRONMENT which gets pretty annoying. Territory splits happening left and right for the benefit of the company. Pay isn't that great.

Pros

Meraki has a great feel, your team becomes like a second family. Expect to work hard and be surrounded by people who were also the smartest person at their last job. Company events are frequent and fantastic. The right manager will help you get ahead and you'll have lots of opportunities to pick up new skills and get promoted.

Cons

Depending on your manager, your movement through the company can be very smooth or very hindered. Work/life balance is going to be skewed towards work.
