      Pros

      Meraki is an awesome company, the culture that they have is really amazing all the employees are super positive and we love our jobs!!!!!!!

      Cons

      Meraki is a sales organization which means if you're not performing you will de dismissed. Also Meraki only gives you a two week ramp up period to get the ball running on sales.

      Pros

      Good underlying product and CEO. High bar for hiring engineers. Free lunch and snacks are nice. The office is nice.

      Cons

      Promoting from within means that engineering team leads and higher lack experience and natural leadership qualities. The product line is stagnant. Personalities tend to entitlement and narcissism, even by SF standards (company-wide, not just engineering). The company slowed down around the time the founders left. It really feels like it's milking a cash cow now rather than trying to do something new and innovative.

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed working at Meraki. I especially enjoy the people I work with. In terms of work life balance, it's great for all professionals but particularly for sales. Pay is competitive, and the products are really well-received in the market.

      Cons

      The company is still growing very rapidly so they will have to be careful not to shift off-course growing at such speed.
