In terms of a retail job, it's low lift compared to apparel. There's not too much maintaining/ restocking of product that needs to be done.

Cons

You don't make commission and they mainly hire part time so you don't get benefits

They educate you about the product Good pay Like the products and what the Brand stands for

They need to train their managers better! My manager constantly stared at me while talking to customers and criticized me. She wanted me to repeat everything word by word. wich is opposite of a "luxury" experince. I worked at a new location, so not only were all the staff new, but the manager and manager's assistant didn't know much about the brand. They expected me to know something that they hadn't learned themselves. They did not take any accountability when they gave me the wrong product name or even price and wanted me to face the customer. This happened multiple times!

Cons

Growing fast and functions more as a start-up with most people wearing multiple hats. Some positions could/should be full-time roles given their requirements and management level.
