      They educate you about the product Good pay Like the products and what the Brand stands for

      They need to train their managers better! My manager constantly stared at me while talking to customers and criticized me. She wanted me to repeat everything word by word. wich is opposite of a "luxury" experince. I worked at a new location, so not only were all the staff new, but the manager and manager's assistant didn't know much about the brand. They expected me to know something that they hadn't learned themselves. They did not take any accountability when they gave me the wrong product name or even price and wanted me to face the customer. This happened multiple times!

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
