Great colleagues and team spirit (but this will vary from store to store)

Cons

No benefits (no PTO, no insurance, no medical/dental benefits etc.) This is because the company refuses to put more than 4 employees per store on a full-time contract. So everyone else who works full time hours (>32 hours per week) is only on a part-time, seasonal or FTC contract. Only 1 day PTO, 1 day extra for cultural observance, and you don't get paid on sick days.

Culture is great- it's focused on results and impact and allows for flexibility so long as objectives are met. The leaders are approachable and truly care about their business.

Cons

3 days a week in office no flexibility although the office is nice and accessible.

terrible job - higher management suck. discount is average for price of products. Put you as part-time but make you work full-time with no sick/annual leave and expect you to perform crazy KPIs. wouldnt recommend
