Great colleagues and team spirit (but this will vary from store to store)
Cons
No benefits (no PTO, no insurance, no medical/dental benefits etc.) This is because the company refuses to put more than 4 employees per store on a full-time contract. So everyone else who works full time hours (>32 hours per week) is only on a part-time, seasonal or FTC contract. Only 1 day PTO, 1 day extra for cultural observance, and you don't get paid on sick days.
