      Pros

      The people are fantastic. Everybody is so passionate of the customer and the company. Very smart people working here Incredible training that ensure everybody gets up to speed

      Cons

      Tough evolving space Need more adopted of non traditional industries outside of retail and financial services There is almost too much training that takes the reps out of the field the first qtr in board and then needs to build pipeline of deals

      Great company - opportunities, challenges, growth

      Pros

      - great company with great people and culture - challenging and exciting opportunities. Never get bored. - CEO, CFO and President are very smart and caring people. - open communication and growth mindset. - the company is growing, there are lots of changes and challenges but the management and employees are doing their best to communicate. - most people are very understanding and can embrace the changes - good benefits, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      - workload is pretty heavy - not much work-life balance at this moment (managers need to make sure employees are actually taking PTO) - there should be a better system, either from HR or managers, to listen and address employees concerns and to give advise or take actions on resolving the issues

As I've mentioned before, this was a key area for growth and one I have personally been working to improve. That said, I was disappointed to read about your work/life balance. I know that this varies by team, but we need ALL of our people to take adequate time to recharge. If you're willing to share a little more, please reach out to me or People and Culture directly about your specific situation. As far as tracking PTO, it’s a great suggestion and something we’re already doing. We want to make sure people are actually availing themselves of time off. -A

      - Growth mindset culture. Smart people work here - Most happiest client base I have seen in my time working in software - Very strong emphasis on client success

      Cons

      - with no small / mid market offering, all sales cycles are super long.
