      - absolutely amazing people. Low ego. smart. great to work with - gotten through some growing pains, feel very confident about the future - product is improving rapidly - decent work/life balance

      - company is 5x larger than when I joined, no longer a "start-up" - certain orgs growing much faster than others

      Really smart people. Some quality work perks like good coffee. They have invested and good hardware and software for employees

      Cons

      Mid-level management is in disarray. Lots of gaps in ownership and communication. Could use some consulting for management team. No hot kitchen.
