- absolutely amazing people. Low ego. smart. great to work with - gotten through some growing pains, feel very confident about the future - product is improving rapidly - decent work/life balance
Cons
- company is 5x larger than when I joined, no longer a "start-up" - certain orgs growing much faster than others
