So, where to start. Since the acquisition of the company, everything has gone downhill. Benefit cancelations one after another. Constant waves of layoffs. Constant changes in management. Forget about pay raises. The core product is an outdated piece of bad smelling substance, gigantic technical debt. Infrastructure is outdated, some parts were written 5-10+ years ago and no one understands how they work (those who did understand either quit or got fired). The company is cutting costs while losing quality - just look at our new contractors from India who don't even know how to install python/node or use git, are u kidding? Honestly I don't know what keeps many good professionals here - maybe because the market is very tough all over the world right now. Those 5 star reviews here are probably written by management.
