The people here are truly wonderful. The environment tends to become more toxic during layoffs, but the employees themselves are genuinely good folks. The challenges can largely be attributed to subpar leadership

Cons

This company has experienced numerous management changes and layoffs over the past few years following Leslie Stretch's departure. There is a tendency toward unrealistic and unactionable vision statements, along with constant executive turnover. Proceed with caution if you are considering joining.

Many colleagues are highly skilled and dedicated, and there are opportunities to work with leading enterprise clients. Compensation and work flexibility have historically been competitive, and the mission around improving customer experiences continues to resonate with many employees.

Cons

The company has experienced significant leadership turnover, including four CEOs in four years and frequent changes in sales leadership. Since the Clarabridge executive took over, the expected improvements have not fully materialized. Sales and renewal rates remain challenged, and the pricing of many legacy accounts—set in a different market environment—has made competition tougher as the industry matures. This has contributed to ongoing organizational change, uncertainty in strategy, and a noticeable level of anxiety within teams. Employee morale has been impacted, and the constant shifts make it difficult to build long-term plans or feel stable in the company’s direction.
