Its a knowledgebank. One can learn if he or she wish because being a consultancy organisation you have to be on top in grabbing latest technology. This organisation deals in almost every engineering field be it space, defece, metals, infrastructures, refinary, cng, cross country pipeline etc. Etc.

Due 5o the nature of job one may require to work in interior.

Good exposure with design as well as field work. Good market value of MECON in other core companies. If you want to pursue civil engineering design in a PSU then it one of the best options.

Cons

Performance related growth is not up to mark. Sometimes the work may be too less or sometimes it may be flooded.
