While there is strong effort across the team, I feel the current leadership lacks a focused vision. Direction often seems unclear, priorities shift without explanation, and there isn’t an articulated roadmap for where we’re heading long-term. This makes it difficult for us to align our work with broader goals or understand how individual contributions tie into the company’s future.
