the discount is good and the people I work with are amazing I genuinely think I've made friends for life there.

They have taken some of the benefits of being a specialist away, which is a shame, because I don't think that there are as many incentives to become a specialist now. I think if I'm working back-to-back on a makeup chair, I should be getting more pay. They also need to stop opening new stores and actually focus on the ones they have open. For years we were told that we need a renovation, but now we are getting told the store's fine and that we don't need one. But we don't get new brands because we don't have room for them.
