I learnt loads about the aviation loss adjusting world while at McLarens Aviation. The colleagues from all departments are lovely albeit a bit reserved, so make sure to open up and be approachable. Best is the management team, headed by Trehane Oliver a true mentor. They support staff who wish to certify CILA.

Cons

Travelling to Heathrow can be an issue due to M25 traffic.
