Little to no training in any department. Management gives some guidance when something new comes up and then expect you to know exactly what to do from there on and act *shocked* when the work isn't the up to their standards. Leadership is hit or miss, some having very poor communication skills. It's can be a stuffy environment where leadership put on a show and come off as helpful but turn around and show their true lack of respect or empathy of actually trying to help their employees. People don't stay very long with the company for a reason.

This place made me the worst employee. They did not train you well. It’s a very toxic place.. you have one person to do millions things. Even when I put effort to work it was not enough… they don’t have any structure in place, and they just fired you because they think that you are the problem instead to fix the issue. Leaders know how to train people instead of pointing fingers!!!!
