Availability - Kim Harvey has been available whenever needed...even as late as 11pm in the evening hours. Remarkable. Follow through - Kim has also followed through with everything she said she'd do. Thank you!

Cons

Preliminary Overview would be helpful There are many systems to learn and navigate. I would have benefited from a preliminary overview and summary table of all the systems and what their function / role are. Although Kim explained each and every one of the programs a preliminary overview would have allowed me to better envision their organization.
