I've had a very nice experience - settled well into the new role and received a lot of support from managers and colleagues. The pace is normal and the work-life balance is very good.

- Great team - Provides decent technical training

Cons

- Limited worklife balance - Limited employee benefits - High expectations (through the roof) - Career progression is unclear - Bonus structure not transparent for junior level employees - Head of department focuses too much on hiring externally from competitors rather than looking to promote internal employees - Don't get me started on HR
