Pros

love the smell of the place. Amazing to see folks work so hard and no complain. Also you can see a lot of different types of cars if your lucky enough to work the drive through. Also I liked the uniforms I got to wear, everyone know where I worked so no one ever bothered to ask me what I did for a living. But the really cool part of the job was the morning newspapers, I got to read all day long sometimes. And they never yelled at me about taking a little salt home with me at night. what a place to work.

Cons

sometime you have to work at night and on weekends.

Pros

Training and career growth especially starting your first job in rthe estaurant. The restaurant management development program is very structured and prepares you for the position. After becoming a general manager in the restaurant, there is an opportunity to work your way up to be a supervisor.

Cons

At management band, it gets very competitive and the hierarchy is narrower. Working hard and producing decent results may not be good enough. Stress level in the restaurants are very high.

Pros

There is no reason but desperation. I only picked this job after applying absolutely everywhere else I could possibly think of. As the employees are treated like mules, and thus quit fairly often (and abruptly), they are always hiring, and I was working within a few days.

Cons

No respect, dignity, or concept of a living wage. They also play favorites like you wouldn't even believe. The management is laughable, and is made up of not actual managers, but burger-flippers (like I was) who worked their way up through a few years of desperation and brown-nosing. Many of these people could barely even communicate intelligently in English, the only language they spoke, unless they happened to be Hispanic.
