      Pros

      They encourage at first.

      Cons

      Management will treat you like garbage if they want to get rid of you. They hesitate to fire someone to get out of paying unemployment. Do try to promote within the company. They will make sure it doesn't happen. Insurance is super expensive for mediocre coverage.

      Pay is decent . hours expected is way above what is discussed at interviews .

      Upper management does not stand with mid level management . hours expected are way above hours discussed. Job descriptions are not correct . would not recommend to any type of friend .

      Pros

      Schedule flexibility, close to home, at times fun to drive nice vehicles on long drives. Ability to use company supplies and equipment to clean own vehicle. Access to discounted service, parts and car sales.

      Cons

      low pay, unreasonable work demands, no promotional abilities, inept supervisor who expects salaried output on peasant pay. No formal or informal performance review. Excessive employee theft and shrinkage.
