No real opportunity for growth or transfers Heavy workload - we answered around 2000-500 calls a day - you’re basically an operator that also does paperwork at the same time. Complained to management several times about other employees and was reprimanded. Manager is about 19 years old, always stressed, they don’t give her a break and it’s not her fault but she expects you to pick up her load for mismanagement of times and delegated tasks.
