The legacy of Harrison and Wallace is gone. They would be devastated in the way the company has evolved, and the current operation of the company. There have been several major directional changes by CEO's in the last few years, Each bring in their own employees into key roles, who bring in their employees, all at the expense of promoting from within., That is understandable to a point but a virtual blacklisting of long term employees is not right. Turfing them to make room is worse. A major purge is underway in this last round. You can earn loyalty, but you cannot buy it off of the street.
