Profitable even during downturn Lots of great mid level employees Privately held - and the family has cash to grow or invest in new businesses Focus on safety has improved over the past several years

Cons

Senior leaders are concerned with kissing up to the outside consultants and the new ceo Cult-like atmosphere with ceo and his outside consultants HR is led by a lawyer with zero HR experience - which tells how much the ceo values people Work life balance is impossible because the senior leaders are fighting amongst themselves
