      Good secured job as long as you are doing good work, they treat the employee good, good benefits, good pension

      the location is small and there are limited options, not much growth in the company

      Pros

      Overtime pay, insurance, pay, most co workers, plant HR director.

      Cons

      Management team yelled at employees and had trust issues with most of them. The management team was to cozy with some of the employees and believed their lies toward other employees. Some of them were allowed over twenty minute breaks and had the ones that over a little, get talked too. Corporate is not to be trusted with their words.

      The leadership team has a strong vision and go getter attitude. The company has strong culture and it's still run as a family business.

      Cons

      Not enough innovation. The focus is on increasing operational effectiveness and reducing cost. It certainly impacts all lines of businesses.
