Cons
The company has become increasingly unstable over the past couple of years. A major sales and marketing restructure in January created confusion and misalignment, followed by structure and industry challenges that impacted performance. Recent large-scale layoffs, additional reorganizations, and significant reductions in bonuses and merit increases have further hurt morale. Many employees are now disengaged, seeking new roles, or have already left. Advancement opportunities feel limited unless you’re part of a select inner circle.
