      good family-owned company with fundamental values; Global Canadian icon with great intentions; pockets of respected brand in some companies; used to have some very good leaders.

      Cons

      Leadership has lost its way and some key leaders don't know the business. The industry is in a challenging time. It has potential to turn around to be a great employer
