      Benefits, nice people, pleasant work environment, flexible work arrangements, commitment to diversity.

      Cons

      No career growth opportunities whatsoever for administrative personnel. No consideration for over & above contributions as a springboard for development; have to change jobs completely or leave the company. Supported team members are appreciative; the company does not value admins.

      Work pressure too onerous, expect 60 hour week while paying for 40 Leadership doesn't engage to all levels of employees Strong Ethnic bias - Different rules if you are Canadian or European while everyone else is second class citizens Too much emphasis on "Good image" as a brand but reality is they are just another corporate vying for market share and profits.
