Work pressure too onerous, expect 60 hour week while paying for 40 Leadership doesn't engage to all levels of employees Strong Ethnic bias - Different rules if you are Canadian or European while everyone else is second class citizens Too much emphasis on "Good image" as a brand but reality is they are just another corporate vying for market share and profits.
