Pros

Decent pay, good medical and vacation benefits.

Cons

Upper management has lack of supervision over their employees. Too many false promises made on projects that can be completed without asking what their employees are currently focusing on. I have experienced RUDE responses from (i.e. weird facial gestures to verbal comments) higher-ups, which does NOT include attorneys.

Pros

It's adequate as large law firms go. The salary is good, the training is average, and the exit opportunities are highly dependent on practice group. It won't be around in 30 years.

Cons

The hours are no worse, but certainly no better, than peer law firms. The particular group that I was a part of did not offer great training, but did go out of their way to help me secure another position when I wanted to leave.

Pros

The location is great! Close to shops and restaurants.

Cons

The management staff is unaware of the type of work the support staff does. My supervisor doesn't know how to do my job.
