Excellent IT systems, equipment and IT support. Excellent access to ergonomic solutions. Decent salary. PA teams really know their stuff.

Cons

No thanks for hard work from partners (Associates better at this). Very distinct Them and Us feeling between the Fee Earners and Support Staff. Felt like they'd be happy to throw you under a bus.
