Great law firm

Pros

its a great law firm, the resources are awesome and they help you succeed as an attorney.

Cons

sometimes you need to work over 100 hours a week. Office sharing in nyc was also annoying (from first-years through third-years, although they were trying to expand to a new floor to solve the issue).

Pros

Benefits are ok, facilities are ok, some young staffs are good.

Cons

Political, hierarchy focused, very old school and lots of snobby seniors as they have been working in the company for over 20 years (some 40 years). Lack of use in technology and too much documentation for a simple stuffs yet no process & procedures to follow. Very difficult to get promoted. Lack of direction and always lack of appetite to change.
