Pros

Attorneys and business services staff are all friendly, appreciative, and are supportive. Genuinely a firm that feels safe, enjoyable, and stable to work at.

Cons

Senior Management is not that diverse. Company has made some improvements in that area however, but not there entirely. There also is room for improvement in communicating internal changes that affect the bottom line.

Pros

There is none. I have nothing nice to say about this place at all.

Cons

There are so many things to note that I am not sure where to begin. First off, management has blatant favortism. Management will give certain people preferential treatment and then make everyone else feel second to none. They will make it a living hell for you. They claim that they have the best culture and worklife balance compared to other firms, and I do not see it at all. HR..total waste of time. They will not help you out and if you go to them for advice, they will make it seem like it is your fault. People will make you feel unwelcomed and that you don't belong. If you want to work for a place that is a dictatorship than this is the place for you.
