Overall, the Head of BD is a good boss Friendly and helpful BD team (with some exceptions) Reasonable work-life balance

Cons

Imbalance of power in the BD team Not good at rewarding staff for good work (lack of bonuses, it takes a long time to work up the chain - they seem to prefer outside hires rather than promoting from within)
