Very interesting projects; very smart people, most of which are fair and willing to share credit; high velocity start to a career

Cons

Long hours (that's why the pay is so high); like all law firms, there are some partners who are jerks. In my experience, they are a small minority.

Hard to connect with co-workers if you don't speak Cantonese. Internship not very well structured.
