Cons

Support staff is treated like the red hair step child; the medical insurance is very high; there is no one who will do anything to change things whether you're an attorney or staff.

Colleagues were friendly. Great technical support (IT , printing etc) from the firm. Prime location of office. Satisfactory remuneration package.

Cons

Lack of training. Working hours pretty long. Minimal interactions with colleagues.
