Pros

Most of the people that worked there were very nice and were a pleasure to work with. The building was gorgeous, and the cafeteria was amazing.

Cons

The people in Human Resources were not always pleasant, but that seems to be a common theme among larger law firms and companies.

Mostly everyone is very collegial. Attorneys are nice and appreciative. HR teams are very collaborative and friendly. The benefits are decent. My manager specifically was absolutely fantastic (supportive, responsive, knowledgeable, transparent).

Cons

Some things can be very outdated (like tracking PTO on a spreadsheet). There's a lot of red tape when trying to improve processes. HRIS makes it difficult to better the systems we use. Some benefits could be better (like wellness or work from home reimbursements).
